Discovery & Pre-Work
Team members complete CliftonStrengths, DiSC®, and/or GlobeSmart® profiles (or other assessment tools) to build awareness of working styles and perspectivesFacilitated Team Experience (In-Person or Virtual)
We lead a highly interactive, bespoke experience (typically half a day) where teams explore differences, strengthen communication, and surface real team dynamics. Teams leave with clear norms, commitments, and practical tools they can apply immediatelyReinforcement & Coaching (Optional)
We include an option for reinforcement sessions or leadership coaching to support adoption, accountability, and sustained impact
