Luxury Beauty Brand: Building a Culture-Aligned Approach to Communicating with Care

Background

A global beauty brand incubator developing and growing distinctive brands with a commitment to innovation, authentic storytelling, and inclusion..

Reimagine Talent Co. is more than a partner. They are transformers, believers, and leaders who have been integral members of the agency’s team.

The Challenge

Internal and external events can create complex communication and leadership decisions. Organizations must respond in ways that acknowledge employee needs, reflect company values, and provide leaders with enough clarity to support their teams.

The global beauty company wanted to develop a more consistent, culture-aligned approach to communicating with care during periods of crisis, change, and uncertainty. This required more than choosing the right words in the moment. The organization needed to consider how its values, leadership practices, People & Culture systems, and employee communications worked together.

The company sought a partner that could advise its executive and People & Culture teams, build internal capability, and help leaders navigate sensitive employee and business matters with greater awareness, empathy, and intentionality.

The Solution

Over 12 months, Reimagine Talent partnered with the company’s executive team, Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, and People & Culture team to develop a culture-aligned approach to crisis communication and employee care.

The partnership included:

Developing a care communication plan aligned with the organization’s values and priorities.

Advising the executive and People & Culture teams as they navigated internal and external events.

Helping the People & Culture team consider how programs, policies, and practices could support global employees during periods of change or uncertainty.

Equipping leaders with approaches for incorporating inclusion and care into crisis response and day-to-day operations.

Facilitating leadership training and offsites focused on communication, employee support, and inclusive team culture.

Coaching the inclusion team on language, intentional communication, and navigating sensitive business and employee matters.

Helping leaders consider how internal decisions and communications could affect employees, customers, and external partners.

Providing ongoing perspective and guidance as new organizational and external circumstances emerged.

The Transformation

The 12-month partnership gave the company a more structured approach to communicating with care and supporting employees through complex events.

The organization received a values-aligned communication plan, ongoing strategic guidance, leadership development, and practical support for its People & Culture and inclusion teams. Client feedback indicates that the site-specific nature of the learning helped the team develop shared language for discussing sensitive issues and created a more consistent foundation for approaching them.

The available evidence demonstrates the depth of the advisory relationship, the resources delivered, and client-reported value. It does not independently establish changes in employee engagement or other organization-wide outcomes.

“I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional training the Reimagine Talent team developed for us.
