To support the development of its future workforce, a fast-growing county partnered with Reimagine Talent Co.® to deliver Career Jumpstart™, our workforce development framework designed to help students confidently navigate postsecondary education, employment, entrepreneurship, and other pathways.

The Business Need
The county identified an opportunity to better prepare high school students for the decisions and expectations they would encounter after graduation.
Students needed greater exposure to career possibilities, transferable workplace skills, economic decision-making, emerging technologies, and professionals who could provide authentic industry insight.
The county sought a strategic partner capable of transforming career exploration into a practical and engaging workforce development experience.

Our Solution
Reimagine Talent designed and delivered a customized hybrid learning experience between November 2025 and February 2026. The engagement included:
Four interconnected workshops focused on identity, career pathways, professional skills and relationships, and economic awareness
Practical applications of artificial intelligence for career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, and job searches
Guided reflection and interactive activities to strengthen confidence and decision-making
Conversations with professionals representing healthcare, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, logistics, and cosmetology
Pre- and post-program assessments to measure student growth, engagement, and areas of opportunity
